January 9: The evening Port  Moody Writers' Group meets on Mondays at 7-9:30pm at Kyle Centre in Port Moody for critique and support. Emerging and experienced writers of all genres are welcome. Register at 604.469.4561 and ask for the "Creative Writing" course. $83.25 for the winter term, which ends on March 5. Facilitator: Julie H. Ferguson and occasionally Debra Purdy Kong.

 

February 4: All Aboard the Electronic Express! How to self-publish Your E-Book is your ticket to self-publishing e-books. Learn how easy it can be and some pointers for online book promotion with novelist, Debra Purdy Kong, and nonfiction author, Julie H. Ferguson.
